Our team of Damp Experts are fully qualified, with a wealth of experience in rising damp. From the moment you contact our team, we will guide you step by step what is needed and the work entailed to your property once we have carried out a survey.
Our team specialise in rising damp, however if you're not sure what type of damp you have in your property, please email photos of the area of concern to jobs@expertrefurb.co.uk and we will report back once our surveyor has analysed the issue.
Our damp proofing work comes with a 10 year company guarantee and we can also offer a 10 year insurance backed guarantee option at an additional cost.

Timber Services
Our free surveys involve our team reviewing any damage to the timber within your property.
If we identify a problem, we can replace any structurally damaged timbers, such as joists and flooring. We also offer a range of timber treatments against insects such as woodworm.
